About this role
Operate and set up Printer/Coater machines to produce high-quality coated decor paper for the molding operation. Ensure safety compliance, perform quality checks, and carry out preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Printer/Coater equipment and assist as directed
- Comply with safety SOPs including Lockout/Tagout, Chemical Handling, Machine Guarding, Housekeeping, and PPE
- Perform changeovers/conversions for material/size/product
- Check, test and measure product quality specifications and record results
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and maintenance work orders
Technical Overview
Hands-on machine operation for printer/coater equipment, including setup, changeovers, and corrective actions for operational troubles. Performs measurement-based quality inspections using gauges/instruments, and conducts preventative maintenance and maintenance work orders in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level manufacturing professional with fast-paced automated manufacturing experience and a strong safety mindset. They have hands-on experience setting up and operating printer/coater equipment, performing quality testing and inspections, and completing preventative maintenance tasks.
