About this role
The Process and Technical Engineering Lead provides end-to-end technical leadership for facility-fit assessments, process transfers, and equipment readiness across biologics DS manufacturing. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership for facility-fit assessments
- Lead issue identification and resolution during facility-fit activities
- Ensure right-first-time execution during process transfers
- SME in biologics process equipment and digital twin solutions
- Establish and lead a team of engineers across the network
Technical Overview
Expert in biologics process equipment, digital twin development, and NPI; drives capital investments, KPI definition, and continuous improvement in GMP environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior engineering leader with 9+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep expertise in facility fit, NPI, and GMP operations across multiple sites.
