Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a large portfolio of concurrent technical projects and ensure they align with long-term clinical and strategic goals. Own project governance and administrative overhead, provide executive insights for the CTO, and track financials including TCO and Capex/Opex run rates.

Key Responsibilities

Drive portfolio excellence across 40+ concurrent technical projects
Own administrative and project management overhead for enablement
Lead monthly CTO briefings converting milestones into executive narratives
Track project spend and resource allocation to maintain budget guardrails
Serve as primary liaison between technical leads and enterprise governance

Technical Overview

Lead portfolio governance across enterprise infrastructure/technical projects and operate deeply within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Use ServiceNow Project and ServiceNow Resource modules for timecard validation and project health dashboarding while applying TCO modeling and Capex/Opex tracking for IT services.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technical project portfolios and excels at portfolio governance, executive reporting, and financial stewardship. They have advanced, hands-on ServiceNow experience specifically with ServiceNow Project and ServiceNow Resource, including timecard validation and project health dashboarding. They can model Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and track Capex/Opex run rates to ensure initiatives deliver value within budget constraints.
