Responsible for process control across operating units, including DCS administration, PLC/HMI support, safety system maintenance, and control loop troubleshooting/tuning. Provides technical assistance to maintain safe, reliable automated operations through upgrades, backups, testing, and runtime support.

  • DCS administration and coordination (projects, upgrades, diagnostics, backups, configuration testing)
  • Regulatory control loop tuning and control loop troubleshooting
  • Maintain PLC/HMI software programs and provide PLC/HMI troubleshooting support
  • Design, installation and maintenance of Safety Instrumented Systems
  • Troubleshoot sustained control automation problems and support I & C maintenance
