About this role
As a Process Engineer I, you design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to produce high-quality products efficiently. You analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities to reduce waste and cost, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams while supporting new product and process development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, workflows, and procedures
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Analyze production data for process improvement and cost reduction
- Participate in product and new process development teams and recommend manufacturing feasibility
- Implement tooling revisions and coordinate improvements according to customer or product specifications
Technical Overview
The role centers on manufacturing process design and optimization, including feasibility recommendations and tooling revisions aligned to product/customer specifications. You will use production data analysis and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Process Engineer I with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. They are skilled in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing production data for improvements and cost reduction, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams.
