About this role
This role supports an end-to-end quote-to-cash workflow by managing accurate quotes, purchase orders, logistics coordination, and invoice readiness. You will work closely with sales, engineering, delivery/service, projects, and CXM while coordinating with vendors and distributors to keep deals moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage quotes in ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) with revisions/approvals/version control
- Maintain quotes and time entries with proper notes and audit trail
- Ensure accurate invoicing including deposits, Hardware vs. Labor separation, and WIP tracking
- Reconcile quote → PO → receiving → invoice alignment and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate logistics and vendor/distributor processes to keep deals moving
Technical Overview
The work centers on operational systems including ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) for quoting and ConnectWise PSA for billing and workflow support. You will also manage Cloud/SaaS licensing details and handle hardware/labor separation, deposits, and WIP tracking to reconcile quote-to-PO-to-receiving-to-invoice alignment.

The ideal candidate is an organized procurement and inside sales professional who can own end-to-end quote-to-cash operations, including accurate quoting, ordering, logistics coordination, and invoice readiness. They have hands-on experience with ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) and ConnectWise PSA, plus strong familiarity with Cloud/SaaS licensing and reconciling quote → PO → receiving → invoice discrepancies.
