The technical scope is process and operational governance rather than software engineering: controlling procurement workflow changes, maintaining databases, and coordinating supply chain and travel partnership processes in line with company guidelines and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate is a Procurement Manager with strong experience overseeing supply chain processes, inventory management, and investment recovery programs. They manage complex purchase request/order workflows, handle vendor exceptions and receiving reconciliation, and coordinate travel partnerships while partnering with IT leadership to support process execution and databases.
