About this role
Lincoln National is seeking a Procurement Transformation and Automation Consultant to advance procurement digital and AI maturity. The consultant will redesign procurement workflows, build workflow and robotic process automations, and deliver executive-ready analytics while embedding risk, compliance, and control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and standardize end to end procurement workflows across intake, sourcing, contracting, purchase order, and invoice processes
- Design and implement orchestration patterns across Sourcing, Legal, TPRM, Accounts Payable, and business requestors
- Design, build, and maintain process automations using Power Automate and UiPath
- Develop and operationalize procurement data models, reporting, and dashboards using Power BI and Dataiku
- Lead change management efforts and embed risk, compliance, and control requirements into automated solutions
Technical Overview
The role implements procurement process automations using Power Automate and UiPath, including logging, credentialing, monitoring, error handling, and full automation lifecycle management. It also operationalizes procurement data models and dashboards with Power BI and Dataiku to drive insights on spend, savings pipeline, cycle times, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior procurement transformation and automation consultant with 3-5+ years of experience in procurement and process improvement, including end-to-end workflow mapping and standardization. They have hands-on experience building procurement automations with Power Automate and UiPath and delivering procurement insights using Power BI and Dataiku, while embedding risk, compliance, and control requirements into automated solutions.
