About this role
Drive adoption across Zoom's product portfolio by delivering deployable, customer-facing engagements and scalable adoption resources. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding, workflows, and use cases are scaled and adoption metrics improve.

Technical Overview
Focus on SaaS product adoption across Zoom products (Zoom Phone, Contact Center, AI Companion, Rooms), with emphasis on implementation delivery, resources, and customer enablement. Emphasis on training materials and enablement assets rather than traditional software development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced product adoption leader with strong collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. They have a proven track record in driving adoption of SaaS products, creating scalable onboarding programs, and delivering engaging customer-facing sessions.
