A high-growth technology company seeks a Product Counsel, AI/ML & Technology Transactions to serve as a strategic legal partner to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams supporting AI-powered products and platform development.

Key Responsibilities

Embed as product counsel for AI/ML products
Advise on AI governance, data privacy, and IP
Draft, review, and negotiate AI terms and data provisions
Partner with product/engineering on data flows and licensing
Develop AI playbooks/templates and stay ahead of regulatory changes

Technical Overview

Focus on AI governance, data privacy, IP, and technology transactions; draft/negotiate AI service terms, SaaS agreements, MSAs, and data-related provisions; monitor regulatory frameworks like AI Act and GDPR.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced product lawyer with expertise in AI governance, privacy, and complex technology transactions, capable of advising product and engineering teams while negotiating enterprise terms.
