Summer Internship in Product Development Program Management at Nextech Systems. The role supports cross-functional product release activities, timeline coordination, and pilot programs within a healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support product release management activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and readiness across cross-functional teams
Assist with product delivery execution by coordinating timelines, program plans, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Operations
Contribute to early adopter and pilot programs, including intake tracking, feedback synthesis, and reporting insights to stakeholders
Partner with the Chief of Staff on product operations initiatives such as process improvement, cadence management, and operational reporting
Prepare materials for product reviews, leadership updates, and roadmap discussions

Technical Overview

Exposure to product management lifecycle, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Operations. Emphasis on creating documentation, dashboards, and intake tracking for leadership updates.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a current student pursuing a degree in Business/Engineering/CS with a strong interest in product development and PM/PMO practices, excellent organization, and familiarity with agile methods. They should be eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in pilot programs.

Must-Have Skills
