About this role
Amazon Key for Business and Ring is seeking a senior leader to enable and scale a new hardware product portfolio. The role owns end-to-end development and launch execution across product design, supply chain, procurement, project finance, legal, business development, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from design through mass production
- Own supply chain design, vendor development, sourcing, and quality assurance
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across legal, project finance, business development, and customer support
- Oversee program milestones, validation tests, build schedules, and factory readiness
- Drive launch metrics including supply chain efficiency for forward and reverse legs
Technical Overview
This is an end-to-end hardware product enablement and program management position. It emphasizes outdoor-rated electronics, power management systems, IoT connectivity solutions, and leading validation (environmental, mechanical, electrical) through first-party and third-party testing protocols up to factory readiness and mass production.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level product and program leader with 10+ years of experience launching complex hardware products from concept to mass production. They have deep expertise across hardware development, supply chain design and management, procurement, and cross-functional execution involving legal, project finance, business development, and customer support—especially for outdoor-rated electronics and IoT connectivity solutions.
