About this role
This role manages the end-to-end implementation and adoption of a Practice Management platform for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. You configure system settings, deliver onsite/virtual training, and provide ongoing client support to drive confident usage and high CSAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of Practice Management platform
- Configure system settings and coordinate onboarding
- Deliver onsite, classroom, and remote training using adult learning principles
- Provide ongoing client support and resolve complex issues
- Drive high CSAT and operational excellence through client partnerships
Technical Overview
Implements and supports a SaaS Practice Management platform for ASC operations, including revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, scheduling, reporting, inventory management, preference cards, and EHR workflows. Handles system settings configuration and resolves complex onboarding issues with sound judgment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a product implementation or onboarding professional who has delivered successful end-to-end implementations and driving adoption for practice management systems. They are comfortable configuring system settings, delivering onsite and virtual training using adult learning principles, and providing ongoing client support to achieve high CSAT and operational excellence for Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
