About this role
Serve as the customer-facing Product Installation Engineer for KLA, leading on-time installation and qualification of complex capital equipment worldwide. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification to ensure a successful warranty start.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation
- Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex semiconductor capital equipment
- Own installation performance, customer satisfaction, and warranty start
- Collaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and technical support
