About this role
Own planning and management of the P&L and commercial strategy for the Beer & Beverage product portfolios. Lead multi-generation product plans and commercialization, develop pricing strategies, and partner with sales and supply chain to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans and lead cross-functional team efforts
- Execute portfolio management to optimize growth and profitability
- Lead multi-generation product plans (new product introductions, line extensions, re-engineering, cost out, promotions)
- Develop and implement pricing strategies including price increases and customer pricing
- Collaborate with sales and business development and with supply chain on service strategies and programs
Technical Overview
Primary scope is product portfolio and go-to-market execution, including multi-generation product planning, pricing strategy ownership, and launch commercialization. Requires strong cross-functional coordination across sales, business development, and supply chain to implement product and service program changes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Product Manager with at least 5+ years of business experience focused on sales, marketing, and product portfolio execution. They can own P&L and commercial strategy for a product portfolio, lead multi-generation product plans and launches, and drive pricing strategy and profitability through cross-functional collaboration with sales and supply chain.
