Product Manager, Benefits at Harbor Health, responsible for shaping health plan benefits architecture, including adjudication frameworks and eligibility/enrollment, and collaborating with Engineering and Compliance to build scalable, tech-enabled benefits systems.

- Own product definition and evolution of Harbor's benefit structures
- Translate benefit decisions into detailed product requirements
- Contribute to health plan operations and architecture
- Evaluate TPAs and partner vendors
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver features
Technical Overview
