About this role
Pax8 is hiring a fully remote Product Manager for Data Engineering to own a data engineering product space and deliver end-to-end outcomes. The role partners with engineering and design to shape solutions, translate strategy into outcome-focused roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement using experimentation and analytics.

Focuses on data engineering product initiatives, applying product, design, and systems thinking to evaluate trade-offs and define success metrics. Leverages AI-enabled tools and supports an AI-first product journey through experimentation, analytics, and iterative development from build through launch.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Technical Product Manager with demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex product initiatives in technical environments. They can translate strategy into outcome-focused roadmaps, partner closely with engineering and design, and drive learning through experimentation, analytics, and success metrics—especially in data engineering contexts.
