Product Manager for Data Management & Platform shaping enterprise data strategy across clinical, operational, and financial workflows, with emphasis on AI-enabled features and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision for enterprise data platform
- Partner with domain PMs to align data structures with workflows
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive AI-enabled features and governance across data pipelines
- Prioritize data initiatives based on customer impact and scalability
Technical Overview
Healthcare data product leadership with experience in data platforms, data warehouses/lakehouses, and modern data tooling (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks); collaborating with engineering on APIs and platform-level systems; agile backlog management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a product manager with 5–7 years of healthcare IT product management, strong data platform and AI/ML experience, and proven ability to translate clinical and financial workflows into scalable data products.
