About this role
This role supports and manages day-to-day Product Operations for delivery products that must be dependable and contain accurate, high-quality data. It handles production issues, incident documentation, BAU prioritization, and enables small enhancements and strategic initiatives that support clients and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery products and services are released on-time with accurate data
- Manage and remediate production issues and coordinate client notifications
- Draft Incident Summary Reports (ISRs) and participate in postmortem reviews
- Manage BAU product fixes and prioritize small enhancements and sales enablement
- Support client migrations and strategic initiatives scheduling and coordination
Technical Overview
The technical scope focuses on operational management of contracted content and delivery product configuration, including client file configuration and implementation support for pricing delivery products. The role operates with production incident processes (ISRs, postmortems) and uses AI tools alongside Microsoft Office to research billing issues and maintain operational documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in finance (or related business) and experience in product or delivery operations roles within the financial data industry. They are detail-oriented, strong in written communication and client service, and can manage production issues with incident summaries, postmortems, and remediation follow-through while using AI tools and Microsoft Office.
