About this role
PensionPro Software is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services to evaluate client feedback and guide product strategy, features, and enhancements. The role owns planning and roadmap work, collaborates cross-functionally, and measures product success through usage tracking to improve the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and organize client feedback and recommend product designs and features
- Create product plans and roadmaps with management and stakeholders
- Build mockups and wireframes aligned to PensionPro standards
- Coordinate product team workflow and transitions to development
- Evaluate product success by tracking usage and end-user impact
Technical Overview
This is a software product management position requiring understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and the Agile framework. The Product Manager will create roadmaps, participate in mockups/wireframes, coordinate work through the product team, and define success metrics such as usage tracking and end-user impact.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Product Manager for software products with strong experience across the Software Development Lifecycle and the Agile framework. They excel at gathering client feedback, building roadmaps and product plans, translating requirements into mockups/wireframes, and measuring product success through usage tracking—ideally with TPA, recordkeeping, or finance exposure.
