About this role
This role is responsible for driving the Surgical Technologies product portfolio in Northern Europe (Benelux & Nordics) through marketing strategy, annual planning, and local execution. You will partner with regional sales teams to deliver product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement while providing product expertise and pricing analytics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plan and strategic plan initiatives, Drive local strategies, action plans and campaigns toward business results, Collaborate with sales enablement on education plans, Create marketing strategies, customer engagement programs, events and communication plans, Act as Subject Matter Expert and provide analytical support to set price
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily product and market knowledge for Surgical Technologies, including understanding portfolio features, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and translating that into marketing strategy and enablement materials. Analytical support is used to help set price and support business decisions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager with strong experience driving an Annual Marketing Plan, product launch planning, and regional go-to-market execution. They partner effectively with sales teams, act as a Subject Matter Expert for product questions, and use analytical support to help set price and improve market access.
