About this role
Product Owner for Marsh’s Cyber Risk team within Cyber Digital & Data. Owns end-to-end cyber digital products and services, shapes the product roadmap, and translates business and end-user requirements into agile backlogs for engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the Cyber digital and data product roadmap
- Translate end-user and business requirements into actionable backlogs
- Prioritize solutions and define product KPIs aligned to business KPIs
- Collaborate with leaders, external partners, and clients to document requirements
- Monitor cyber trends and communicate risks, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders
Technical Overview
Focuses on cyber digital and data solutions product discovery, roadmap planning, requirement analysis, and KPI-driven prioritization. Works closely with engineering teams on agile product delivery and uses structured planning and stakeholder communication to manage risks, dependencies, and remediation actions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product owner with 6+ years of hands-on product management experience leading product development in an agile environment. They are strong at shaping product roadmaps, translating end-user and business requirements into actionable backlogs, and aligning product KPIs to business outcomes in a cyber risk context.
