About this role

Experian is hiring a Product Owner to lead Eforms—covering Tax Withholding and the Compliance Library—working remotely. You will partner with engineering, design, compliance/legal, content operations, customer success, and GTM to translate strategy into a clear backlog and deliver high-quality, compliant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and refine the Eforms roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with strategic investments
  • Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a transparent backlog (RICE/WSJF)
  • Deliver value iteratively through MVPs, feature flags, and rollouts
  • Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Build cross-functional relationships to align backlog decisions with business goals

Technical Overview

Role combines product management with regulatory and accessibility considerations (WCAG 2.2), privacy and security, and content lifecycle. You will manage epics, user stories, and backlog to deliver compliant employer forms and onboarding experiences.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Owner with strong Agile discipline, capable of translating regulatory requirements into a prioritized backlog. They should have domain knowledge in Tax Withholding and regulatory forms, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant employer-facing forms.
