Senior product owner leading product strategy and delivery for customer identity, enrollment, access, and consent experiences to support a secure and seamless digital front door.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap
- Own and prioritize backlog
- Create epics/features and decompose into user stories
- Ensure acceptance criteria and Definition of Done
- Support releases
- Mentor team in product ownership
Technical Overview
Identity and access capabilities (registration, login, enrollment, profile management, MFA); agile product delivery; release planning; data-driven dashboards; Azure DevOps or GitHub
Ideal Candidate
Senior product owner with 4+ years in IT/product management, strong Agile practices, and experience delivering identity/access-related digital experiences; skilled in stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information TechnologyComputer ScienceComputer EngineeringInformation Technology Managementor related field (or equivalent years of experienceeducation and/or training)4+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Technology Consulting and Support to include: 3+ years of experience in a product owner or equivalent role working with both business and IT employees/stakeholders in a cross-functional environmentDemonstrated ability to define product directionmanage prioritiesand deliver measurable business outcomesExperience working in agile product delivery environments with backlog management toolsExperience with customer discoverypersona developmentroadmap planningand outcome-based measurementFamiliarity with release planningproduct metricsand continuous improvement practicesDemonstrated ability to identifycoordinateand facilitate dependencies across teams to support delivery of complex initiatives
