About this role
Capio Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Lead Analyst to support IT consulting for clients’ Managed Care capitation business needs. The role focuses on defining stakeholder business needs, documenting issues with current systems, establishing OKRs, and producing future-state solution alternatives with implementation roadmaps for executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand current Managed Care payment and accounting processes
- Assist clients in establishing and prioritizing OKR
- Discover and document opportunities via business process re-engineering and technology enhancements
- Develop and present implementation plans and roadmaps to executives
- Work with health care plans, oversight agencies, and federal partners to secure support for proposals
Technical Overview
You will conduct business analysis for Managed Medi-Care payment and accounting processes, including scenario and user-journey documentation, and align future-state proposals to client enterprise architecture and infrastructure initiatives. Work includes defining OKRs, identifying opportunities through process re-engineering and technology enhancements, and delivering roadmap-ready implementation plans.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead-level Product Owner/Lead Analyst with 3+ years of FTE experience across end-to-end product development cycles. They have strong business analysis skills focused on Managed Care payment and accounting processes, including OKR definition, documentation of future-state solutions, and executive-ready implementation roadmaps.
