About this role
The Product Owner will own the functional vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform as it relates to Managed Services, translating business needs into actionable opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the ServiceNow backlog, prioritizing work, and educating leadership on new capabilities, while partnering with Architects and Developers and leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the ServiceNow product backlog for Managed Services
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Stay current on ServiceNow releases and roadmap changes
- Educate Managed Services leadership on new ServiceNow capabilities
- Prioritize work based on business impact, risk, and operational value
- Partner with Architects and Developers to ensure solutions meet business intent
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release reviews
- Voice of the Managed Services BU for platform decisions

ServiceNow platform focus with ITSM / ServiceNow alignment; Agile backlog management; roadmap changes; cross-functional collaboration with Architects and Developers; governance for Managed Services.
