About this role

We are seeking a technical Security Engineer to join the Product Security team, focusing on securing Scale AI products through code reviews, secure CI/CD pipelines, and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth code reviews to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
  • Evaluate and enhance the security of product offerings through RFC and service review
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security
  • Perform Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST)
  • Guide engineering teams to build robust long-term security solutions

Technical Overview

Responsibilities include code reviews, SAST/DAST, Terraform-based infrastructure security, and guiding engineering teams on secure design and practices. The role requires hands-on security expertise across modern JavaScript runtimes and containerized services.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on product security engineer with strong TypeScript/Python/JavaScript skills, production Kubernetes experience, and a track record in SAST/DAST, able to drive secure design across product teams.
