About this role

This role supports Cigna Healthcare product strategy for Health Matters Case Management (HMCM), High Cost Claimant (HCC), and related clinical medical solutions. You will develop roadmaps and business cases, manage product lifecycle activities, and partner across multiple teams to drive adoption, outcomes, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for HMCM and clinical case management products
  • Create training materials and enablement tools for rollout
  • Maintain solution content (KnowledgeXchange, Allego) and support adoption to meet sales targets
  • Track roadmap initiatives and develop business cases and investment proposals
  • Partner with Clinical and Service Operations to operationalize strategic changes

Technical Overview

The position centers on healthcare product strategy and lifecycle management rather than software development. You will use business-case and data-analysis approaches, maintain product/solution content in KnowledgeXchange and Allego, and provide go-to-market enablement while supporting PBAB and ERC/exception and contracting processes.
