Technical Overview

Hands-on with observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch) in fintech payment environments, dashboards, alerting, and root-cause analysis. Proficient in Python/SQL/Shell; familiar with AWS cloud and on-call incident management using ServiceNow/Jira.
