Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Initial Loan Estimates (ILEs) in accordance with TRID requirements
- Administer system access and user permissions across Encompass, CRM, and related platforms
- Audit loan officer communications for consistency and compliance
- Obtain and verify borrower employment and income documents
- Monitor shared mailbox to maintain timely response standards and accurate document processing
