Remote mortgage operations support role focused on preparing loan estimates and ensuring compliance and documentation integrity across Encompass and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Initial Loan Estimates in TRID compliance
- Administer system access and permissions across Encompass, CRM, and related platforms
- Audit loan officer communications
- Obtain and verify borrower employment and income documents
- Coordinate with borrowers and contractors to confirm repair completion for escrow holdbacks and disbursement
Technical Overview
Experience with Encompass, CRM, MyQ; requires NMLS registration; knowledge of TRID and mortgage workflow.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented mortgage operations professional with 2+ years of data entry or audit experience, comfortable with TRID compliance and Encompass CRM. Strong collaboration and documentation discipline are expected.
