About this role
Professional Services Operations Administrator supports the pre-sales process and operations, coordinating SOWs, change orders, and client responses; acts as liaison between back-office, sales, delivery teams and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities and process orders
- Partner with Services Leadership to maintain and enhance project scoping information
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client responses and requirements documentation
- Coordinate and manage Statements of Work (SOW), revision requests, and Change Orders
- Maintain accurate estimating data in Salesforce and related systems
Technical Overview
Uses Salesforce and CRM platforms to generate quotes, track opportunities, process orders, and maintain estimating data; coordinates with Services Leadership and Proposal Support Group to standardize workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has Salesforce/CRM experience in a professional services or security services setting, strong documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support pre-sales and delivery processes.
