Manage program-level construction project controls for aviation construction, overseeing cost, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives and provide senior leadership with clear progress and risk updates.

Technical Overview
Lead implementation and management of project controls systems for construction, including cost control, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation. Work with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore/eBuilder, and advanced Excel; experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and reporting dashboards is beneficial.
