Program Coordinator to support a large data science and engineering organization with cloud operations, quota governance, security group access, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cloud environment operations (storage cleanup, quota management, security group access)
- Coordinate resource allocations (compute capacity)
- Communicate quotas and security policies to stakeholders
- Document processes and maintain standards
- Identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry to mid-level program coordinator with 1-2 years in cloud resource management (Azure) and 2-4 years in communication, able to manage cloud resources, write SQL queries, and communicate across teams.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer ScienceBusiness Administrationor a related field1–2 years of experience in process or resource management within cloud environments (preferably Azure)Experience creating and managing cloud resources and writing SQL queries2–4 years of experience in communicationproblem-solvingand customer-facing or support rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasksprioritize effectivelyand work independently
