About this role
This Program Manager 2 role drives brand strategy execution for Nordstrom Product Group (NPG), acting as a liaison between NPG and marketing to align private brand storytelling. You will manage marketing campaign briefs and deliverables, oversee sample procurement and coordination workflows, run marketplace analysis, and manage trademark processes for Nordstrom Made brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns (briefs, timelines, budgets, scopes)
- Oversee sample procurement, ordering, delivery, and post-campaign performance reporting
- Lead and develop the sample coordination team and establish best practices for sample tracking
- Oversee trademark management for Nordstrom Made brands including filings and renewal deadlines
- Conduct marketplace analysis to synthesize research into actionable insights and presentations
