About this role
The Program Manager leads the development, execution, and ongoing management of multi-year programs within a business unit. They coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage timelines, implement delivery processes, and ensure operational readiness through UAT and release management.

- identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation strategies

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Program Manager experienced in leading end-to-end execution of multi-year programs with strong program governance and roadmap planning. They have hands-on experience coordinating across Product, IT, Digital, Data, and Operations, including UAT and release management, and have demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled agents such as Microsoft Copilot.
