Empowerly is hiring a Program Manager to lead operations support for ancillary programs and partnerships. The role owns end-to-end program execution (including bringing the Research Scholars Program in house), manages partner relationships, and uses data reporting and quality controls to ensure program health while scaling.

The ideal candidate is a program manager experienced in edtech or startup environments, able to build scalable operations and processes from ambiguity. They can own end-to-end program operations (including quality control and mentor onboarding), manage partner relationships, and use data reporting to drive continuous improvements as student demand scales.
