About this role
The Program Manager supports execution of key initiatives during an initial 3–5-month temporary period with potential conversion to full-time. The role manages program operations and coordinates stakeholders to deliver convenings, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives across AI readiness and health & human services work.

Technical Overview
This role is programmatic and policy-focused around AI readiness and public benefits modernization, including human-centered design and adoption of emerging technology. It includes managing initiatives such as the AI Readiness Program and the Public Benefit Innovation Fund, plus technical assistance support for state HHS program leaders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, policy, civic tech, or a related field, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. They are comfortable coordinating fast-paced, early-stage initiatives, communicating clearly with diverse partners, and supporting AI- and public-benefits-focused program delivery.
