Contract Program Manager leads water efficiency initiatives for a global data center fleet, combining sustainability engineering with program management to optimize water usage and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, own, and manage a comprehensive Water Efficiency technical business framework for global data center operations with the goal of minimizing water usage
Identify and coordinate stakeholders for all assigned issues impacting water efficiency
Manage projects end-to-end, including program communications, risk identification and mitigation, roadblock removal, and decision-making facilitation
Baseline, define, and implement measures for efficient water usage across data center operations
Partner with data teams to implement algorithms and develop alerting systems to identify inefficient water usage

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes mechanical HVAC systems, data analytics, algorithm development, and cross-functional program delivery in a global environment; emphasizes Agile/Lean/Kaizen methodologies and cloud attestation requirements.
