About this role

Program Manager - Data Reporting & Analytics aligns business platforms with the Data Strategy and BIRA organization, ensuring reporting standards, governance, and analytics outcomes. This role manages data dependencies, platform roadmaps, and value realization for Salesforce, Clarity PPM, and Tableau initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish structured communication loops across BIRA teams, Product Owners, and Initiative Managers
  • Translate inputs into downstream analytics impacts
  • Identify risks and data quality gaps and drive mitigation
  • Maintain platform roadmaps and release cycles; coordinate decommissions
  • Coordinate with Data Stewardship for shared metric definitions

Technical Overview

Experience with Salesforce, Clarity PPM, Tableau, and Genesys; governance of data platforms; PMO and platform migrations; strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager with 5+ years in data governance and analytics platform governance, proficient with Salesforce, Clarity PPM, and Tableau, and capable of aligning data platforms with business strategy.
