This role leads a portfolio of strategic initiatives to modernize Franklin Templeton’s distribution capabilities for US Wealth sales and specialist teams. It drives cross-functional delivery and change management, translating business priorities into plans and measurable success metrics through technology, data, and AI-enabled enablement.

  • Drive end-to-end program management for distribution technology and AI sales enablement initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional delivery with Technology, Data/AI, Marketing and Product teams
  • Coordinate change management including training, communications, pilot design, and rollout
  • Translate business priorities into a delivery plan and success metrics (adoption, productivity lift, advisor engagement, pipeline impact)
