About this role
This role drives program management for Global Network Delivery sourcing focused on fiber cable. You will lead planning and execution of infrastructure-related programs, define health metrics and KPIs, and implement scalable, data-driven process improvements with strong change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple project/programs
- Determine process health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) with data visualization reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user requirements
- Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions
- Develop SOPs and change/communication plans and drive adoption through change management
