About this role

This role manages IDD-related programs within a Long-Term Services & Support program, including ongoing development, approvals, implementation, and compliance. It coordinates external client facing relationships and drives training, measurement, and assessments of program success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate development, approval, implementation and compliance of Wellpoint Employment & Community First (ECF) CHOICES program
  • Establish and maintain ECF CHOICES policies, procedures and workflows in alignment with contractual requirements
  • Ensure program meets stated objectives
  • Provide subject matter expertise for day to day external client facing business issues
  • Coordinate training, develop program success measures, and perform periodic assessments of program success

Technical Overview

The role is non-technical but operationally focused on program execution: policy/procedure/workflow establishment, compliance management, training coordination, and performance measurement against program objectives and success measures. It requires subject matter expertise and close collaboration with behavioral health and physical health partners.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a program/project manager with at least 5 years of external client-facing experience, experienced in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance for disability-related programs. They have strong skills in policy/procedure/workflow management, training coordination, and measuring program success with periodic assessments.
