Key Responsibilities

- Own defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering programs with measurable benefits
- Develop communication plans and lead continuous risk management
- Represent programs in project governance and inter-department forums
- Chair regular project meetings to review progress and manage commitments

Own program delivery that may include application development, systems integration, infrastructure upgrades, and operational efficiency improvements. Drive structured implementation through disciplined facilitation, analytical assessment of processes and business needs, and ongoing risk management.
