About this role
Support and manage program initiatives for a Prescription Drug Plan, coordinating internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver defined requirements and meet strategic business objectives. You will gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and help drive execution and deployment while maintaining detailed business process documentation.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level program/project manager with 3+ years of managed care, program management, or project management experience and at least 5 years coordinating Medicare or PDP beneficiaries and complex engagements. They are strong in requirements gathering, planning schedules, resource management, and maintaining detailed business process documentation while communicating program status to management and stakeholders.
