About this role
Lead and oversee multiple concurrent program/project initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, and value. Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate progress to stakeholders including executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle including requirements, plans/schedules, resources, budget, execution, deployment and closure
- Maintain detailed project documentation including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans
- Communicate project status to stakeholders including executive summaries and presentations
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
Technical Overview
Manage projects through full project life cycle processes: requirements gathering, project plan/schedule creation, resource and budget management, execution, deployment, and closure. Maintain detailed project documentation including action items, issues lists, and risk mitigation plans using corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level program/project management professional with 5+ years of program management or project implementation experience. They can manage multiple concurrent projects through the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource and budget management, execution, deployment, and closure. They are strong at stakeholder communication, executive-level status reporting, and maintaining detailed documentation for risks, issues, and action items.
