About this role

Lead the day-to-day management of a complex workplace productivity program focused on AI-enabled workflow support, endpoints & devices, and SaaS tooling migration. Manage program scope, schedule, risks, and delivery while running business rhythms and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Workplace Productivity team with focus on AI in the flow of work, endpoints & devices, and SaaS tooling migration/adoption/deprecation
Lead day-to-day program management (scope, schedule, risks, delivery)
Manage portfolio milestones and business rhythms (quarterly/annual planning, biweekly reporting, business reviews)
Develop and maintain project schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure requirements are completed
Lead complex technical projects and create clear communications materials for stakeholders

Technical program scope includes AI in the flow of work, endpoint/device-related initiatives, and SaaS tooling migration/adoption/deprecation. Uses a blend of agile and traditional methodologies with disciplined risk/dependency management and transparent communication to engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
