About this role
Lead a portfolio of healthcare transformation initiatives aimed at improving program efficiency, service levels, and overall value. You will manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, analyze performance trends, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of cross functional healthcare transformation initiatives
- Ideate and identify initiatives to increase efficiency and improve service levels
- Identify impacts, risks and interdependencies; recommend to senior leadership
- Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources
- Monitor initiatives using performance data; manage project documentation and stakeholder communications
Technical Overview
You will run programs through the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning/scheduling, resource and budget management, execution, deployment, and closure. The role relies on corporate and industry standard project management tools and thorough documentation (risks, issues, action items) plus ongoing stakeholder executive communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program or project management professional with 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience. They have led cross-functional healthcare transformation initiatives, managed portfolios through the full project life cycle, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders using performance data to drive improvement.
