Lead concurrent Medicaid program initiatives focused on improving efficiency, service levels, and value. Support governance committee operations, maintain initiative dashboards, report KPIs regularly, and manage end-to-end project delivery while communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support governance committees by developing agendas and materials and translating direction into coordinated program actions
- Timely deliver governance materials and complete follow ups after meetings
- Maintain and update initiative dashboards with progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Regularly report KPIs for each initiative
- Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle including requirements, planning, resources, budget, execution, deployment and closure

Own initiative tracking and reporting through dashboards (including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies) and KPI updates. Execute projects through full life cycle activities: requirements gathering, plan/schedule creation, resource and budget management, execution, deployment, and closure, backed by detailed project documentation.

The ideal candidate is a program/project manager with experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives in a healthcare/Medicaid environment. They can support governance committee operations by developing agendas and materials, managing initiative dashboards, and reporting KPIs regularly. They are strong in end-to-end project execution (requirements, planning, resourcing, budget, execution, deployment, and closure) and can communicate status to executives.
