About this role
Program Manager, Manufacturing will direct manufacturing scope for the Cottonmouth ARV program, ensuring readiness across the manufacturing value chain from inception through transition to production. The role coordinates engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to achieve contract performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement and execute the manufacturing plan per contract requirements
- Drive manufacturing quality assurance implementation and readiness for production
- Maintain program plans to achieve cost, schedule and quality objectives
- Lead coordination with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Lead major manufacturing and supply program reviews including process verifications and supplier production readiness reviews.
