Cross-Functional Program Manager – PMO to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, establishing governance, cadence, and accountability to improve portfolio execution.

Technical Overview
Experience with Lean/continuous improvement tools; Obeya visual management; Jira/Smartsheet for tracking; automation deployments such as ASRS and conveyors/packaging lines
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Cross-functional PMO Lead with 8+ years of program management experience, strong influence and governance, and a track record of delivering automated systems deployments in manufacturing/logistics environments.

Bachelor's degree in engineeringBusinessIndustrial EngineeringConstruction ManagementProject Managementor related fieldMinimum 8 years of project management experienceInfluence without authorityStrong working knowledge of project execution fundamentals: schedulingfield coordinationrisk managementchange controland governanceExperience with lean / continuous improvement tools and/or Obeya -style visual management; able to facilitate structured problem solving and decision cyclesExperience supporting project delivery of automated systems (e.g.ASRSconveyors/packaging lines) or large-scale industrial deployments preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and translate them into practical corrective actionsProficiency with MS SuiteJiraand familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g.Smartsheet) and reporting systemsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce executive-ready updates and facilitate effective working sessions
